3 PERSONAL INFORMATION OF MINORSWe do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.Accounts are created and managed by parents or legal guardians, who provide personal information about their children when using the application to create records, upload materials or track learning progress.Parents or legal guardians warrant that they have authority to provide any child-related personal information and consent to its collection and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.If we collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18, we will assess their capacity to consent on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) Guidelines.As a general principle, an individual under the age of 18 may have the capacity to consent if they demonstrate sufficient maturity to understand the nature and consequences of what is being proposed.Where it is determined that the individual does not have such capacity, we will seek verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.

We do not permit individuals under 18 to create their own account. Upon deletion, your account data will be removed from active systems, subject to any legal, regulatory, security or backup retention requirements.(b) You may clear locally stored data (for example, browser local storage or session storage) at any time through your browser settings.
